Information Collected by CommunityWestFoundation.org
CommunityWestFoundation.org collects two types of information from users: personal data such as zip code, name and address (for event registration); and aggregated data such as information about traffic patterns on communitywestfoundation.org (for example, how many users visit communitywestfoundation.org on a daily basis).
Our event registration process requires a name, address and event selection. Providing us with other information is at your option; we are not responsible for information collection via online donations through our 3rd party payment partners. Please review their privacy policies carefully.

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, Community West Foundation will not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information it gathers from you on our website.
This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send content, or requests to CommunityWestFoundation.org by email. If you want to keep them private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to CommunityWestFoundation.org. We try to answer every email promptly, but are not always able to do so.
No guaranteesWhile this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of information and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data. As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Information.
DONATION REFUND POLICYCommunity West Foundation generally does not refund donations made using the communitywestfoundation.org website. We will honor your request for a refund only under special circumstances if you have made an error in making your donation to Community West Foundation. The request must be made within 15 days of your donation, and no refunds are given for gambling related purchases such as raffle tickets.
To request a refund, call an Officer of the Foundation at (440) 360-7370. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
