Community West Foundation and Cleveland Clinic’s Avon, Fairview and Lutheran Hospitals hosted the 21st Annual Straight from the Heart Celebration on February 15, 2025, transforming Windows on the River into a dazzling Vegas escape. Over 420 guests enjoyed a night of fine dining, drinks, dancing, and casino-style fun, led by energetic emcee Ahmaad Crump.

$100 cash was raffled off every hour to two lucky guests, and the event boasted over twenty-five raffle basket and sideboard prizes, including a diamond necklace, Cleveland Cavaliers floor seats, a trip to Las Vegas, a 75’’ TV, and so much more. When it came time to announce the top winners, Ahmaad called in the Vegas Showmen who carried briefcases with the winners' names in them.
