Our Staff and Board had the honor of attending a ribbon cutting ceremony dedicating the Homes at Hope Commons: a transformative project we proudly supported through our partnership with Building Hope in the City. These 14 beautiful homes in the Stockyards neighborhood will provide safe, affordable housing for families.
We’re grateful to play a part in this mission alongside Cleveland Foundation, Cuyahoga County Land Bank and Jasmin Santana, Cleveland City Council Ward 14. We extend heartfelt congratulations to our longtime grantee and to the families who now have a place to call home.
