Our Staff and Board had the honor of attending a ribbon cutting ceremony dedicating Phase One of the Homes at Hope Commons: a transformative project we proudly supported through our partnership with Building Hope in the City. Community West provided grants and a long-term low interest mortgage in a first of it’s kind effort to encourage this development. These 14 beautiful homes in the Stockyards neighborhood will provide safe, affordable housing for families. Phase Two adds an additional 14 units in the same neighborhood and completion is expected in the next year.
We’re grateful to play a part in this mission alongside Cleveland Foundation, Cuyahoga County Land Bank and Jasmin Santana, Cleveland City Council Ward 14. We extend heartfelt congratulations to our longtime grantee and to the families who now have a place to call home.
