Community impact begins with neighbors stepping up for one another, and we are grateful to the Lakewood Elks #1350 for doing just that. On Sunday, January 4, the Lakewood Elks hosted a grant distribution ceremony at their lodge on Center Ridge Road in Westlake, celebrating their commitment to giving back and supporting local causes.

Through their generous contribution to Community West Foundation’s Community Impact Fund, the Lakewood Elks are helping ensure vital resources reach local nonprofit organizations serving our west side community. What makes the Community Impact Fund unique is its direct approach—every dollar donated is granted to nonprofit partners working on the front lines to address critical needs.

From supporting people in crisis to strengthening programs that promote stability and opportunity, these funds help illuminate hope and restore dignity where it is needed most. The Lakewood Elks’ generosity reflects the power of community-driven philanthropy and their deep commitment to our community. We are honored to partner with organizations like the Lakewood Elks #1350 who share our belief that together, we can make a lasting difference.
