The Rini name is a treasured one at both Fairview Hospital and the Community West Foundation that holds a permanent and prominent place in our history as generous benefactors.
Today, Carol and Charles Rini, Sr. have maintained that strong family tradition of philanthropy, and there isn’t a west side organization this couple hasn’t touched. They not only give of their own financial resources, but invest their time and talent on boards, committees, and more.

And finally, we recognize the Rini Family for their remarkable history with Fairview Hospital. Of special note, transformational gifts to Fairview Hospital in the names of Martin Rini, Anthony Rini, and Michael Rini, as well as the Rini Family, were instrumental in making the health system what it is today. The Rini Cardiac Diagnostic Center and the Grace Rini Emergency Care Facility were established to provide quality healthcare for thousands of West Siders for many years to come. The Rinis have been exceptional in their support of Fairview Hospital, contributing to the Heart Center, Moll Cancer Center, ParkView Patient Care Center, and Birthing Center, among others.
If history holds important insights on extraordinary charitable works, then the Rini Family’s philanthropic impact has made important contributions worth recognizing, remembering, and celebrating.
