On the Road to Recovery

Recovery Resources delivers treatment to individuals suffering from mental illness, alcoholism, drug and other addictions. They offer programs in nine locations touching 13,000 clients annually.

Recently, the agency has seen an increase in mental health and addiction problems in older adults – those aged 55 and over. Their needs are far different from those of younger clients. Community West Foundation was quick to provide $34,000 for a new program that targets this group and has seen  great success in initial testing.
