Caring for our Uninsured Neighbors

North Coast Health Ministry provides medical care, especially primary care and chronic disease management, and prescription services to the working poor of Cuyahoga and Lorain counties.

These are low-income families and individuals without insurance benefits and who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare.

The Community West Foundation has been a supportive partner of this faith-based clinic since 2000 providing nearly $1 million in support. This year we again granted $225,000 to help fund this worthy program.
