Grant Recipients
Our communities are richly blessed by charitable organizations that serve, protect, and seek the very best for the most vulnerable. Responding effectively to community needs, given limited resources, is an ongoing challenge for many organizations. This was truly a year where our grant support made an important impact for agencies that meet the needs of those without shelter, food, clothing, health care, comfort and support.
What better way to express our mission to advance the health and well being of our community than by providing assistance to organizations that touch the lives of so many? The Community West Foundation awarded close to $5 million in gifts this past year. We share inspiring glimpses of the wonderful nonprofit organizations we have been privileged to help over the past year and the many people benefiting from these funds. Extraordinary work is going a long way toward healing and inspiring all who seek a healthier and more hopeful future.
Through valuable partnerships and collaborations, Community West Foundation is positively affecting the lives of many in our community…Illuminating Hope.
