Gifts can be made as a general contribution, or designated for a specific program or activity of Fairview or Lutheran Hospital or the Foundation. Your gift could also pay tribute or memorialize a friend or loved one.
A memorial is a personal remembrance that honors the life of a friend, relative or colleague with a gift of love and hope.
A tribute provides a meaningful, living gift to a friend, relative or colleague by honoring a special occasion.
When you make a tribute or memorial contribution, the Foundation sends a note of acknowledgement to the recipient (or the recipient's family).
